Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans plus enough to sprinkle on top
3/4 c. salad oil
2 c. chopped bananas
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add eggs and salad oil. Just stir.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple and bananas.
Divide into 3 well-greased and floured pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
