Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (long cooking)
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 small chopped onion
Preparation
    Put rice in baking dish.
    Pour consomme on top of rice.
    Pour mushroom soup into dish and stir in.
    Cut margarine into small pieces and place in casserole.
    Sprinkle in chopped onion.
    Stir if necessary to saturate ingredients.
