Red Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
    2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 ground cayenne pepper
    2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except crushed tomatoes in a large bowl; mix well.
    Place about 3/4 mixture in a food processor, fitted with steel blade, and process for about 5 seconds.
    Return to bowl with remaining salsa mixture.
    Add crushed tomatoes and mix well.
    Cover tightly and allow to chill at least 1 hour before serving.
    Makes about 4 cups.
