Whole Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. vacuum-packed regular wheat germ
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
In another small bowl, beat yogurt, eggs and oil together.
In the large mixing bowl, make a well (dig a small hole in the middle of the mixed dry ingredients).
Pour the liquid ingredients all at once into the well you made in the large bowl.
Mix gently just until the flour mixture is moistened.
Pour into 12 greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, about 18 to 20 minutes.
