Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spoon batter into a funnel, closing the bottom with your finger until ready to drop into hot shortening, which is placed into ordinary skillet (3/4 full of melted shortening).
    Brown both sides and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
