Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. minced onion
paprika or shredded cheese
Preparation

Place butter in 1-quart measuring cup.
Microwave at High 1/2 minute.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Gradually stir in milk and microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes, stirring well after 4 to 5 minutes.
