Mexican Hominy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans yellow hominy, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation

Saute the onion in oleo.
Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with chips and cook at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles, about 30 minutes.
