Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecan halves
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat
egg
white
until stiff.
Add brown sugar.
Blend well. Preheat
oven
to 275\u00b0.
Spoon onto well-greased cookie sheet (about 3/4 teaspoon each time).
Add a pecan half on top of each. Bake for
30
minutes
and turn oven off, leaving in oven for 30 more minutes.
