Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oats
    2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. melted margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine oats and sour cream.
    Stir in melted margarine, eggs and brown sugar; mix well.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Stir into oat mixture.
    Divide into 2 (12-cup) muffin pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
