Spinach Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (6 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
    1 small can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Mix cheese, mayonnaise, chilies, spinach and artichokes.
    Pour into lightly buttered flat pan or pie dish.
    Place under broiler for several minutes, until heated through and top is browned. Serve with tortilla chips.
