Quick Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen enchiladas
1 small can chili
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Place frozen enchiladas in glass baking dish; pour chili undiluted over enchiladas.
Spread out evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Spread cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
Serves 6.
