Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta best)
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 stick margarine, melted
1 stack butter crackers (Waverly or Escort, etc.)
Preparation

Cook vegetables until tender.
Drain.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Mix together mayo, cheese and onion.
Spread over vegetables.
Mix crushed cracker crumbs with margarine and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
