Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small diced onion
    2 c. cubed Velveeta
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. corn flakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Combine corn flakes and melted butter.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour.
    This can be frozen before it is baked.
