Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can or 2 c. asparagus
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
-
Make white sauce of all ingredients, except asparagus and eggs.
Alternate in casserole layers of asparagus, sliced eggs and white sauce.
Top with sauce.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
