Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. berries
Preparation

Combine
first\t7 ingredients, stirring until moist but still lumpy.
Fold
in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle
with sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
