Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken (about 3 lb.)
1 onion (used to cook and season chicken)
2 ribs celery
1 or 2 tomatoes, chopped
parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 or 2 onions, finely chopped
1 qt. chicken stock (save from cooking chicken)
1 large can mushrooms
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
7 oz. spaghetti
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Simmer chicken in enough water to cover; add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 whole onion and 2 ribs celery; cook until tender. Remove onion, celery, bones and skin of chicken; set aside and reserve the stock for next step.
