Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form into 8 balls and place in greased baking dish having a tight-fitting cover.
    In a saucepan, combine the tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat to boiling and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/4 hours or until visible rice is tender when pressed lightly between fingers.
    Serve with tomato sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
