Beef And Vegetable Loaves(Club Member: Laine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 pkg. gravy mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients with 1 can tomato sauce.
    Form into 6 loaves.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove excess fat.
    Combine gravy mix with remaining can tomato sauce and water.
    Pour over loaves.
    Bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6.
