Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
chicken breast, pork or shrimp, chipped
1 medium cabbage
3 medium carrots
2 stalks celery
1 large Spanish onion
salt and pepper
5 Tbsp. oil
1 can sliced mushrooms
egg roll wrappers
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Mix sherry, cornstarch
and soy sauce.
Pour over meat. Marinate 30 to 45 minutes.
Shred cabbage, carrots, celery and onion.
Salt and pepper.
Set aside.
