Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar well.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add food coloring.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together.
    Add dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately, starting and ending with flour.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a tube pan.
    Cool before frosting.
