Colonial Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each cinnamon and ginger
1/8 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. molasses
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and molasses.
Mix thoroughly. Add eggs and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
