Peach Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. peaches, including peeling
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick and dark in color.
Mash if desired.
Seal in glass jar.
Great for fried pies.
