Quick Diet Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen, chopped onions or fresh
    1/2 c. frozen green peppers or fresh
    1/4 c. water
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. bottled minced garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix or white rice
    several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine onions, green peppers and 1/4 cup water.
    Bring mixture to boiling, then reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
