Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced pared apples
1 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
ice cream
Preparation

Place apple slices in a 12 x 7 1/2-inch dish.
Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over sliced apples.
Microwave on High, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until apples are tender. Rotate dish halfway through microwave time.
Serve with ice cream (warm).
