Bacon Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    9 crisp bacon slices, baked and crumbled
    paprika
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and dry.
    Rub with oil and bake directly on oven rack at 400\u00b0 until tender.
    Slit and scoop out center. Place in a mixing bowl.
    Add butter, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.
    Beat well.
    Stir in bacon crumbs.
    Pile mixture back into six potato shells, mounding high.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
