Cinnamon Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    3/4 c. cinnamon candies
    2 c. boiling water
    1 3/4 c. cold water
    2 apples, diced
    8 oz. cream cheese plus small amount milk
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Heat candies in boiling water until dissolved.
    Pour over jello to dissolve it, then add cold water.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add diced apples and celery. Put half this mixture in a casserole dish and refrigerate until set.
    Cream cheese with milk and spread over the set portion of salad.
    Add remaining jello.
