Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1 c. grated medium sharp cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stack Ritz crackers (crumbs)
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Pur off liquid and divide in half.
    Mix chunks, cheese and half of the liquid in a large casserole.
    Add sugar, flour and remaining liquid.
    Pour over pineapple. Spread Ritz crumbs on top and spoon melted magarine on crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
