Strawberry Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach, washed and torn into bite size pieces
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, halved
    1/2 c. toasted pecan pieces
    1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
    Combine sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar in blender. With machine running, pour in oil slow and steadily. Pulse in onion and poppy seeds. Chill until ready to serve. When ready to serve, toss spinach, berries and pecans with dressing. Serves 6 to 8.
