Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft oleo
    1 1/2 c. hot tap water
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. Stir well to blend.
    Add oleo and hot tap water.
    Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
    Scrape sides of bowl occasionally. Add eggs and 1 cup flour.
    Beat with electric mixer for 1 or 2 minutes until thick and elastic.
    Gradually stir in just enough remaining flour with wooden spoon to make a soft dough which leaves the side of bowl.
    Turn out on a floured board.
    Knead for 5 to 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.
