Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt with a pastry blender. Combine egg, water and vinegar in small bowl.
    Pour into flour mixture all at once.
    Blend with a fork and forms a ball. Roll out with rolling pin.
    Makes 2 (10-inch or 9-inch) pie crusts.
