Dixie Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    4 tart apples, cored and sliced in rings
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in hot grease; sprinkle with salt and sage. Place in baking dish; top with apples.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Add flour to grease in skillet; blend.
    Add water and vinegar; cook until thick.
    Add raisins; pour over chops.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
