Moussaka(Greek Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil in skillet (more if needed)
    eggplant, sliced and fried
    squash, sliced and fried
    onion, sliced and fried
    ground meat, fried
    tomato paste
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Make alternate layers of vegetables and meat.
    Cover with the tomato paste mixed with a bit of water in a large baking pan. Cover with cream sauce made of margarine, flour and milk.
    Add egg to cream sauce after sauce is thick.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
