Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
pinch of salt
3 c. cut up rhubarb
Preparation

Line a 9-inch pie tin with pastry.
Put in rhubarb.
Mix other ingredients and pour over.
Bake about 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake about 40 minutes longer.
