Chinese Almond Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
4 1/2 c. hot water
1 whole stalk celery (leaves also)
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Brown sausage and remove from skillet.
Drain fat.
Chop all of the vegetables and cook until limp.
Prepare noodle soup with hot water.
