Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. Tony's Cajun seasoning
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
10 or 12 corn tortillas
1 can Ranch Style pinto beans with jalapeno peppers
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed small
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Brown together first 4 ingredients.
Drain grease.
Add onion and bell pepper.
Line baking dish with the corn tortillas.
Add meat mixture.
Over this pour remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, until bubbly on top.
