Ingredients

2 egg whites
4 oz. fine sugar
6 oz. shredded coconut
Preparation

Grease baking sheet and cover with parchment paper.
Set oven to 325\u00b0.
Whisk egg whites until very stiff.
Fold in sugar and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on parchment covered baking sheets. Bake 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool before removing from pan.
