Brunswick Stew(50 Gallons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. onions
    100 lb. potatoes
    35 lb. beef
    35 lb. chicken
    20 lb. pork
    6 gal. corn
    12 gal. lima beans
    12 gal. tomatoes
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Have beef, chicken and pork precooked, deboned and pulled apart.
    Save all water.
    Put potatoes, onions and meat water in large black pot.
    Cook until done.
    Add corn and lima beans; continue to cook.
    Add all meats.
    Cook some more.
    Add tomatoes last and continue to cook until very thick.
    You must stir constantly or it will burn.
    Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
