Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peeled potatoes (3 medium)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water in a pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat. Simmer about 20 minutes until tender. Cool.
