Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, milk, salt, pepper and butter.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Stir in cheese and egg yolks.
    Fold in egg whites.
