Trail Bologna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
12 to 15 whole peppercorns
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with your hands.
Divide into four rolls.
Put on wax paper, then wrap round rolls, shaping as you roll them up.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Take out of refrigerator; take off wax paper.
Bake in broiler pan for one hour at 350\u00b0.
