Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. cottage cheese
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
1 small chopped onion
1 small box chopped broccoli

Preparation

Melt margarine in long baking dish.
Pour half into bowl with mixture of other ingredients.
Stir and pour into baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and solid.
