Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ears corn
12 onions (if desired)
5 pods sweet pepper (green and red)
2 pods hot pepper
2 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle mustard (small)
Preparation

Mix and cook 50 minutes.
Pack and seal hot.
Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
