Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Cook ingredients until peanuts start to pop and turn brown. Remove from heat and stir in 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda and pour onto buttered baking sheet.
