Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    12 oz. beer (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours or until top is brown.
    Makes 1 loaf.
