Cherry Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. (10 oz. jar) maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture with buttermilk.
Beat until blended.
Stir in nuts and cherries.
Add vanilla.
