Columbian Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chuck beef, cubed
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 large garlic clove
1 medium onion, diced
3/4 tsp. oregano
2 large potatoes, diced
2 large carrots, chopped
2 large celery stalks, chopped
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 large ears corn, cut in fourths
1 c. frozen peas
2 1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation

Cook meat and seasoning until meat is tender.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery and tomato paste.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Add peas, corn on cob and oregano.
Cook for additional 5 minutes.
