Super Sunday Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 to 3 carrots, sliced
3 to 4 potatoes, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of asparagus
3/4 can milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
6 to 8 thin sliced pork chops, browned on both sides
1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation

Place chopped cabbage in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Place the carrot slices evenly over the top.
Place the sliced potatoes evenly over the top.
Salt and pepper between layers.
Mix the soup with the milk and poultry seasoning and pour over the top.
Arrange the browned pork chops over the top.
Top with sliced onions.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
