Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. grated zucchini (without seeds if possible)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine raisins and nuts.
    Blend all ingredients together. Mixture tends to be thick.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Divide evenly into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on individual oven.
    Makes 2 loaves.
