Chicken With Pepper And Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
linguini or spinach fettucini
1 red or green pepper, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper; toss to coat chicken.
In a skillet cook chicken in oil until tender.
Remove chicken, add onion, peppers, jalapeno, garlic, flour and chicken broth to make a thick paste.
Stir well.
Add milk, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
Add chicken and cook until well blended. Stir in cheese and cook until melted.
Serve over hot pasta.
