Spinach-Artichoke Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 cup milk
    15-oz. can drained spinach
    1 can artichoke hearts
    2 oz. parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 oz. cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add onions and saute.
    Add flour and stir until blended.
    Add milk and bring to a slow boil.
    Add spinach and artichokes.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add cheeses and cook 10 minutes more.
    Season to taste.
